Head to Maasai Mara Game Reserve which is Kenya’s best game viewing spot due to the nature and concentration of wild animals found here.

Our lunch will be at Ilkeliani Tented Camp which is patched on a river glade in an area where elephants love to come and drink from the Talek River. This will give you an opportunity to see how elephants interact when they meet as many happen to reunite with long-lost family relatives.

After a warm welcome and delightful lunch, we will embark on a game drive with our driver guide in Maasai Mara, the ancestral home to the Maasai people, dinner and overnight at the camp.

A lot of adventure lies ahead of you on this day. Where thousands of wildebeests and zebras are attacked by crocodiles as they attempt to cross this mighty river during the annual migration between Tanzania and Kenya.

This phenomenon entirely depends on the seasons as they migrate during the rainy season. Therefore the position of these mighty animals depends on the rains at the time you are visiting but your guide will know where to find them as he is well versed with their movements.

The annual migration sees over a million wild animals moving from Serengeti National Park in Northern Tanzania to Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. A chance to meet the traditional Maasai people, interactions and cultural exposure is very evident. You will wind up your day with dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
